Warm apples filled with Brie de Meaux

Ingredients

  • 4 Golden apples
  • 1 Brie de Meaux
  • placket of butter
  • 1 glass of cider

Preparation

Cut the top of the apples, scoop out the insides taking away the heart and the pits.

Fill with Brie after taken off the rind, pour in the cider.

Add a little butter.

Replace the top of the apple.

Cook for 10min in a slow oven.

Serve with toasts and a green salad.
